Material will be washed by water in this floating washer machine, usually, there are five rollers which is made of 304 stainless steel. When the machine is started they will rotate to rinse the plastics and push them forward. And material with oil stain can also be hot washed in the tank, while it should add a cover on the top of the machine. Under the floating chamber there is a sludge lifter, it can take out the mud which gathered at the bottom of tank. Of course, there are different designs for different materials. For example, a mixture of PET and PE can be separated at the end of the washing tank. The PE will float on the surface, while the PET will sink underwater, and then through different outlets or continue to wash or be collected for another use.You can set multiple sink float tanks to meet your cleaning requirements.
